I'm Brett.

For over 20 years I have studied communication. I have studied language.

Now, I don't mean in the academic sense, my interests are far more practical than that. My interests lie in how the language we use influences us, shapes our perceptions and can change our lives in turn.

Over the past 2 decades I have trained in and studied the use of language in, Hypnosis/Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Handling Difficult Persons and then the more commercially focused areas of Sales & Marketing, Copy writing, Influence & Persuasion as well as special negotiation and questioning methods.
