You have the options to complete Audit-R™ individually or as a group and either with a business or personal focus - it may may indeed be both.
For business, you also have the option to employ my skill set directly through my Advisory & Transformation Day.
Audit-R™ - Private Sessions.
One to one, 5 sessions to complete the process and split over 5 separate occasions. Best done remotely.
Audit-R™ - Group Sessions.
For the group/team. The same 5 sessions to complete which, for businesses, can be delivered as an on premises 1 day intensive.
Advisory & Transformation Day.
The direct approach - the business must be ready for change.
The figures are down or maybe they are yet to even start, either way, the business has hit a wall. What is wanted is known, it's just it doesn't seem to be happening.
A day - that's what I will need. The brand - that is where I will focus.
Why?..because it's everything, from what all else is derived.
It maybe just a little evolving is in order. It maybe that I will be required to hack away a fair amount of unnecessary, unnecessary that is suffocating the business and preventing its growth.
Whatever the situation, transformation will be called for. I will spur that change and point the way, a catalyst to the rework.
